Volunteer Management Toolkit

Our "toolkit" includes three half-day workshops that take you from the planning stage to full management of volunteers. The workshops are typically offered Spring and Fall, and schedules
are posted on our Training Opportunities page.

Participants that attend all three workshops receive a CD that includes easy to use templates and "how to" information on a variety of topics related to working with volunteers.
